FunHaus Factory is providing pathways & leading social change through creating & delivering diverse & inclusive arts culture – come join us, make new friends, there is a lot of work to be done here and everyday you’ll be able to see and feel the change you are contributing to.

Before you sign up:

General conduct and responsibilities
  • Follow policies: Adhere to the organisation’s specific policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
  • Be reliable: Arrive on time, be punctual, and give notice if you can no longer volunteer. We have a 3 strike system, aka if you dont show up for 3 shifts you have taken on we have to remove you from teh volunteer list as it greatly impacts the team.
  • Perform your role: Carry out the duties listed in your volunteer position description.
  • Be accountable: Be responsible for your actions and be open and honest.
  • Treat others with respect: Be friendly and supportive of your fellow volunteers and staff. 
 
Safety and reporting
  • Report hazards: Report any injuries or hazards you notice in the workplace to the appropriate person.
  • Report complaints: Deal with complaints in the correct and appropriate manner as outlined by the organisation. 
 
Training and support
  • Undergo training: Complete any training necessary to perform your role effectively and undertake required background checks.
  • Ask for help: Seek support from your team when you need it.
  • Provide feedback: Offer feedback on your role and involvement to help the organization improve.
